Shrimp, oysters and flounder are brought in from local fishermen. We get our red fish from local Lone Star Aquafarms. Texas Aquaculture Coop. provide the catfish. We hand bread every shrimp and cook to perfection in peanut oil. Most seafood can be grilled or blackened. All our pie and cheesecake are made here at Outrigger by Marion Schafer. The Oysters from Matagorda Bay are best in February, March, and April. We bring Oysters in from Louisiana when they are not available from Matagorda Bay.
